Salt & Light Creations (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us" or "Crossflow") is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register for an account, use our services or contact us. This may include your name, email address, company name, phone number and billing information.

3. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Upon account cancellation, data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

Under POPIA, you have the right to access, correct and delete your personal information. You may also object to the processing of your data and lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Crossflow platform operated by Salt & Light Creations (Pty) Ltd.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Crossflow, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Crossflow for any unlawful purpose, to violate any applicable laws or regulations, or to infringe on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are billed in South African Rand (ZAR), inclusive of VAT. Payments are processed via Paystack. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period.
5. Consumer Protection
In compliance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), all subscriptions include a 7-day cooling-off period for new sign-ups. Subscription terms are limited to 24 months maximum, with a 20-business-day cancellation notice period.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Crossflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Western Cape.

Pricing
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate. Full pricing details are available on our pricing page.
Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with ECTA Section 44, consumers may cancel electronic transactions within 7 days of the conclusion of the agreement, without reason or penalty.
