No. Every feature (ARIA AI, email marketing, client portal, unified inbox, invoicing, proposals, custom roles, recycle bin) is available on every plan. Your plan only determines usage limits.
Tokens are the currency for sending messages. Email costs 12 tokens, SMS costs 50 tokens, and WhatsApp costs 150 tokens per message. On the Launch plan, you buy tokens as you go. Grow includes 5,000 tokens monthly, and Scale includes 15,000. You can always buy more at the same rate.

Security & Compliance
All data is stored in Google Cloud infrastructure with tenant-isolated security rules. Each tenant's data is completely separated at the database level. Authentication uses Firebase Auth with custom claims, and all permissions are enforced server-side, not just in the UI.
