Crossflow didn’t start in a boardroom. It started with a phone that wouldn’t stop buzzing and the sinking feeling that I’d forgotten something important.
From scatter to flow
Hi, I’m Stiaan. A while back I was running my business the way most of us do, customers reaching me by email and SMS, all at once. I’d answer one, lose another, and only remember the thing I’d promised when someone phoned to chase it.
The tools meant to help made it worse. A different app for every job, none of them talking to each other, and me stuck in the middle, copying things across and hoping nothing slipped through.
Two things kept tripping me up: I couldn’t keep all the conversations straight, and I couldn’t keep track of the tasks and promises, what I still owed people, and where everything stood.
So I built the thing I wished existed: one place where every conversation lands together, and every task and promise is written down where I can actually see it, plus ARIA, an assistant that learns how I work and keeps me on top of it all. That’s Crossflow.
I’m not a big software company. I’m one person who got tired of dropping the ball, building this for any business, big or small, that knows exactly that feeling.
